1. Do you take horses in to sell on behalf of owners?

Yes, we offer a professional sales livery service. We handle everything from marketing and viewings to vetting and paperwork, ensuring a smooth, stress-free process for both horse and owner.


2. What types of horses do you accept for sales livery?

We accept sound, sane, and well-mannered horses with up-to-date health records. Ideally, they should be rideable, in work, and suitable for amateur or competitive homes. Horses with behavioural or health issues are considered on a case-by-case basis.


3. What’s included in the sales livery package?

Our full-service package includes:

  • Full livery (stable, turnout, exercise with two professional riders)
  • Professional photography and video
  • Advertising across top platforms and social media
  • Handling enquiries and viewings
  • Trial rides and vetting coordination
  • Buyer liaison and paperwork

4. How much does it cost to sell my horse through you?

We offer a weekly livery rate (typically between £240-£290 per week plus a sales commission, usually around 10% of the final sale price. Specific rates will be agreed in advance.


5. How long does it usually take to sell a horse?

It varies based on the horse, time of year, and market. On average, horses sell within 2–8 weeks. We keep you updated throughout the process with regular communication.


6. Can I visit my horse while it’s on sales livery?

Absolutely. Owners are welcome to visit, with notice, and we’ll keep you updated with videos and progress reports.


7. What happens if my horse doesn’t sell?

If your horse doesn’t sell within the agreed period, we’ll review the feedback and discuss next steps with you. This may involve adjusting price, training, or marketing strategy.


8. Can you help improve my horse’s presentation for sale?

Yes, we provide schooling, clipping, turnout, and conditioning as part of our prep. First impressions matter, and we make sure your horse shines.


9. Is my horse insured while with you?

We have public liability and care, custody & control cover, but we strongly recommend you maintain your own horse insurance for full protection.


10. How do I get started?

Get in touch with details about your horse (age, height, breed, experience, etc.) along with recent photos or videos. We’ll then arrange a call or visit to assess suitability and discuss the next steps.

1. What kind of horses do you sell?

We specialise in a wide range of horses including schoolmasters, competition horses, hunters, ponies, and happy hackers. Each horse is carefully assessed for temperament, ability, and suitability for different levels of riders.


2. Do your horses come with a trial period?

unfortunately we cannot offer a trial period at this time.


3. Can I get a vetting before buying?

Absolutely. We always recommend a pre-purchase vetting by an independent vet of your choice. We’re happy to assist in arranging it.


4. Are your horses passported and microchipped?

Yes, all horses come with a full passport, are microchipped, and have up-to-date vaccinations and worming records.


5. Do you take part-exchanges or offer horse sales on behalf?

No, Sorry we do not offer part-exchange at this time. however we can take horses on sales livery depending on suitability. Please get in touch to discuss.


6. What is your price range?

Our horses typically range from £4,000 to £20,000 depending on age, experience, and discipline. We aim to match horses to riders, not just budgets.


7. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we can arrange reliable and safe transport throughout the UK and internationally at competitive rates.


8. Can you help match me to the right horse?

That’s our speciality! We’ll talk through your riding experience, goals, and preferences to ensure you meet horses that genuinely suit your needs.
