Darcie

Ideal hunting / fun allrounder

Darcie is a bay Welsh Section D 14.2 9yr mare with an extravagant, eye-catching trot and plenty of presence that would certainly excel in dressage ring, but this being said Hunting is very much her forte.

She loves her days out with Denbigh and Flint; always bringing her rider home safely. Alongside this, she has taken part in Pony Club rallies, local shows and gymkhanas.

At home she enjoys her jumping and shows great scope and is happy to pop round a course, but in competition environments she can like to have a peek at fillers so for this we would not be selling her as a show jumper.

She has truly done it all, but it’s clear that hunting is what she excels at and enjoys the most.

Her current rider has sadly outgrown her and is now on a bigger horse, though still loves getting back on Darcie for fun.

Darcie does have mild sweet itch, but this is easily managed with a rug.

Darcie has been with the current owner for the past four years, and having been bought directly from her breeder her full history is known.

She will be sold with her tack, and is ready to go and give her next rider as much fun as she has given her current rider.
